Caroline was a pleasure to deal with during our highly competitive search for a seasonal summer rental. She was an excellent communicator not only during the initial approval process but also during the entire rental period. We wouldn't hesitate to contact her again for any future real estate transactions.

This is our third year working with Caroline regarding a summertime vacation rental. She knows her product and her job. She makes it easy when working out details with the property owner. Having been a licensed realtor myself, I can recognize a team player. Caroline is that, plus more! Call her FIRST. You will not need to call anyone else. FIVE STARS (well deserved)
We first met Caroline when we were looking for a rental house on the Jersey Shore. We were particular in what we were looking for in terms of location and amenities and there was little to no inventory that met our specifications. Caroline was highly resourceful and pulled the perfect house seemingly out of thin air based on her strong network. When it was time for us to look for a house of our own, we didn’t hesitate to contact Caroline. She seamlessly handled a heated negotiation and a prolonged closing with a calm but firm grace. Through both of our dealings with Caroline, she went above and beyond the call of duty. She has an exceptionally strong work ethic (24/7 responsiveness) and is all over the details. Caroline was truly a pleasure to work with and spend time with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home to purchase or rent. We LOVED working with Caroline!
Caroline Schiavone was wonderful to work with! She helped me and my husband find the perfect beach rental to fit our many family needs!! I have referred her to my friends that have also enjoyed working with her as well. We would highly recommend Caroline.
We’ve been working with Caroline for the last two years and I can’t say enough about her market knowledge and professionalism. She was always timely and on top of our process, not to mention just a sheer pleasure to work with!
Caroline was the realtor for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our current home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with in both transactions. Her knowledge of the current real estate market, attention to detail, diligence in presenting our home and ability to maintain communication with all parties through out both processes contributed to a speedy sale and subsequent purchase without complications.
Caroline possesses a keen ability to analyze and interpret market data, smoothly translating that information to a highly effective marketing strategy and, as later needed, purchasing plan. Her insight and guidance throughout both transactions were right on target. With Caroline’s assistance, we were able to sell our home and complete the purchase of a new home in an amazingly short period of time. It is without hesitation I have and would recommend her services to anyone considering selling or buying a home.
Caroline is a wonderful professional who made our search for the perfect summer renter for our home very easy. She is someone who knows the market and is able to deliver when she says she will. I would highly recommend Caroline for summer rentals or buying/selling your home. Her legal background came into great use during the drafting of our contracts. She ensured every party was happy with the result. Thank you again Caroline!! Walt and Marie
