“Carol is a remarkable agent. We were looking for a property out of state and she helped us locate a competent agent plus expertly represented us as we navigated the sales process. She has an amazing breadth of knowledge and works tirelessly for every client. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home and look forward to working with her again.”
“My husband and I live in Los Angeles. We flew to New York for a long weekend in the hopes of finding a house in the Hamptons to buy with a realtor who would be comfortable with a long distance working relationship. Thankfully, we met Carol Sharks! She is not your typical realtor…she is extraordinary for so many reasons and we knew we were in very capable hands especially being 3000 miles away."
Carol Sharks is as real go getter!
She has brought us numerous prospective buyers
in a short time resulting in the upcoming sale of our home.
Carol is knowledgeable, forthright and competent.
She’s an absolute pleasure to work with!
“Last winter, when I opened the door of the Corcoran office in Sag Harbor, Carol was the first person to greet me. I told her that I had fallen in love with Watchcase and I wanted to buy an apartment immediately! The morning after, I was viewing a couple of apartments, the contract was signed within the week and closed within the month! Carol is reliable & professional."
“Carol was great to work with when I rented out my house. She brought the client and did a great job negotiating the deal. When price discussions got contentious, she was able to bring us back to the table and work out a deal that was good for everyone. I’ll definitely give her the listing next summer.”
From our initial meeting to closing on our first home in EH, Carol exceeded expectations in helping us navigate the market and become a part of the community. Not only is she a wealth of resources and references, her willingness to go the extra mile was second to none in exploring all options to find the perfect house that met our needs. Without hesitation, we strongly recommend working with her!
