I met Karen at an open house, she was kind, professional and always there when I had a question or two, which was often. She came with me to all the meetings with the builder, explained/clarified everything in the process and helped with choosing the fixtures to go in my new house. She also came by when I had trouble with the cable installation and helped me when I had a plumbing issue in my new home by contacting the Project Manager, who then scheduled a plumber to come by the next day. Stressful, but was over quickly. I would provide Karen's name to anyone looking to buy or sell their house
