Carol managed our rental expertly in GrandHarbor and the successfully sold it when we were ready to move on. She is a skillful negotiator and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend her for any property management, buying and selling needs.

Carol handled both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. She is on top of everything, utilizes all forms of advertising-marketing. She made the entire process very smooth and professional.
