I knew Carol before she became our agent, so I didn't hesitate to call her when we wanted to sell our house. It was our least wanted timeframe - the middle of winter. She came out and went over all of the paperwork in detail, making sure we didn't have any questions - and after she left, when we did have questions, a simple text got a quick reply. She kept us updated every step of the way. On the day of the move, my husband had a dead battery when he got ready to take off, and she helped him charge it, then insisted on loaning him her portable charger in case he needed to use it again. She wasn't able to access the house for a week after that due to the storm, but when she did she shoveled 12" off our entire driveway and sidewalk, and finished cleaning up inside what my husband didn't have time to do. The house was very nicely staged, she sent us links to the photos before it went live. She advised us at every step, and accepted whatever we decided to do. The house went under contract 4 days after going live, and she continued to work with us through the inspection, repairs, etc - even while having the flu. She made sure, during freezing temperatures, that faucets were dripping, cabinets were open, and the thermostat was set warm enough. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone looking.
