Carol Atkins is an amazing realtor and became a very dear friend during the process of selling our home and helping find our new home also. We had a few rocky parts with the sale but Carol continued to walk us through them and explained how to make them work. She was always available for questions and had people to fix our problems as they came up. We are so impressed with her knowledge of doing the process correctly of selling our home and will recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor .
Carol is an amazing real estate agent. She was on top of my condo purchase each and every day. Always keeping me notified and updated on any questions between me and the sellers agent. She did a great job of interacting with my lender to make sure all the paperwork that they needed was promptly received. With condo purchases there is a lot of additional documents needed from the HOA and Carol was on top of that to provide to my lender’s underwriting team. We closed exactly on the date we wanted and that was all due to Carol who works very hard to do the best job she can for her clients. And last, but not least, she has a great personality!
