Carmela was absolutely incredible! She was genuine, honest, understanding and on my side. She worked efficiently and thoughtfully. In the short time it took for us to find the right place for me, Carmela was immensely helpful. In our initial walk-through she caught things I hadn't thought of and asked the necessary questions to ensure I was going to be happy. I've just renewed my lease for another year, I'm happier and have greater peace of mind and it's all thanks to her dedication, time, work and care.
