She is family, which can be a double-edged sword. In this case, it was not. She was great to work with the entire time, came up with suggestions that we never would have thought of and kept communicating through the entire process. I would recommend to anybody and everybody.

Carlita was excellent to work with through this entire process, and she was able to get me in a much better financial situation with the sell of my house. I previously bought for $290, and she was able to sell the property for $475. What is scary is that I was communicating with another realtor about 6 months prior, and that particular realtor told me I should list my house at $350. Crazy, right!? Well, it’s true!!

I received the greatest service from Carlita. She was telling friends and family about a great lake place.
