Carlene patiently walked us through every phase; educating us about the market, best staging strategies, negotiations and expertise in helping us to reach our goal of downsizing and moving to our dream location. Carlene was very easy to work with. She was a great negotiator with my buyer and got me what I wanted for my house. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with my many questions. If I left her a message she was always quick to call back. She is friendly with a great sense of humor. I did refer a friend to her but they decided they weren’t really ready to move. The husband was not “ready to pack or move lol.” Carlene was always professional and fully explained the process from start to finish.

Carlene was and is an amazing human being. Mom built a relationship with Carlene decades ago and told me "when you sell this place, you sell with Carlene. Period". As instructed, that's who I called, and that's who orchestrated the deal, and that's who handled all the paperwork, and that's who held the hands of both parties and, that's who made sure that the new owner got her dream home, which made me very happy. Best business decision I made in my entire 47 years in business life. It was interesting to me that in both cases, my Mom in 1972 or so, and the new owner now in 2024, both came from similar places in life, both needing this exact place, for nearly identical reasons. It was awesome watching Carlene put the pieces together. I am forever in her debt for making that happen. It really wasn't a real estate transaction. It was more a transfer of love. My Mom absolutely adored that place. It meant everything to her. It's impossible to describe the solace she got from it. The new owner rented it from my Mom for specifically that exact reason. She was as much "at one" with it as my Mom ever was. And Carlene was the person who helped me deliver it to who it truly already belonged to. That, is a magical thing. And that, is Carlene. 5 stars? 10 stars? Not enough stars. Carlene is all the stars. Hire her.

Carlene is great! It was our first home and Carlene did a great job of explaining the process, keeping us up to date on any new homes on the market, and helping us get a sense of the market prices, neighborhoods, trade-offs, etc. and sharing a lot of the historical data. She made sure we got the house when we did put in an offer, and she went above and beyond after that to make sure we were comfortable in our new home. Highly recommended!

Carlene did a fantastic job of helping us as first time home buyers. She showed us a bunch of properties to start with so we could get an idea of what we really wanted. When we were ready to make an offer, she helped us put together an offer that got accepted immediately for a competitive property. In making the offer she educated us in understanding the right and wrong way to make an offer. After the offer was accepted she maintained communication with our mortgage broker to help ensure the process went as smoothly as possible.
