Carla helped us find a new home for our family in the Summer of 2024. I really appreciate that she took the time to understand who we were and what our priorities were in a new home. This made the buying process very efficient as she only showed us houses that worked for us.
We were relocating to the Charlotte area from out of state, making it challenging to tour homes as they came on the market. The home we purchased went on the market, and Carla scheduled a tour on the first day. However, we were not able to attend the showing in person. Carla did a great job touring us through the house virtually and answering our questions. It takes a lot of trust to purchase a home sight unseen, but we had complete confidence in Carla. She was also able to give us some perspective on the neighborhood and schools in the area. Carla offered great advice on structuring our offer and negotiating a fair price on the home. She also introduced us to some great resources for the appraisal, inspections, and lenders.
It was great to work with such a thoughtful realtor, and I would recommend Carla to anyone looking to relocate to the area.

What a blessing Carla is! Being new to Charlotte, I am so unfamiliar with the area and neighborhoods to live in (especially the safest ones!). What I appreciate most about our experience was the support she offered before and after the tours. Day of, she kindly reminded me of the requirements I communicated early-on in the process, while suggesting alternative solutions to ensure I was weighing all options and selected a community with the perfect balance of safety, budget/cost, proximity to work, and "walkability" to local stores/restaurants.
