Excellent! We could choose and make a decision while we were in Italy on vacations untill September 14. And thanks to the assistance and support of our broker Carla Benedetti we could come back, sign the contract on September 23. We could move by the deadline, on September 30. And the apartment is perfect for us!!! Thank you!!

I was lucky to have Ms Carla Benedetti as my realtor . She has been kind , available , competent and I feel really protected during the long lasting search and also in the negotiation process If I would need a realtor in the future I will look for her

This is my second time working with Carla and it’s because she is a true blue professional. She knew and understood the market for our area hence she gave the perfect advice for the sale of a complicated place in complicated times. She proved once again to be exceptionally honest and effective in communicating all arising issues and and solutions. She is gifted with an energetic sunny disposition that is determined to cross the finish line with amazing grace and true grit. Without her charming tenacy, I wouldn’t have made it sane, sound and triumphant through a long distance challenging sale. There are earth angels and Carla is definitely one of them. I AM INFINITELY GRATEFUL!

Carla Benedetti was an exceptional advocate for us throughout the entire home buying process from beginning to well after closing on our new home. Personal real estate is always an emotional experience but our recent experience was even more charged given the backdrop of a generation-defining pandemic. In our situation, we moved from a western state to Chicago adding yet another degree of difficulty. Carla, whose profession is classified as 'essential,' was undeterred by these challenges and safely navigated us through the process. Needing to be efficient, she managed to curate a list of homes for us to consider that met our needs well with regards to location, commute, schools, and price stability but also for the size, ethic and feel of the house. In the span of only a few days, we saw several homes nearly in every corner of Chicagoland, all while socially distanced to keep homeowners and us safe. Nearly every house we visited checked off many boxes for desired traits. In the end, we found a home that check off ALL the boxes for our family. Even after closing, she continues to check-in on us to make sure all our needs have been met. This home will not be the last home we purchase and we will surely seek Carla's assistance again. The strongest endorsement we can pay Carla is that we will refer our friends and family to her in the future.

Carla has been very helpful and professional, she could quickly detect the apt size and neighborhoods that could better fit with my needs. Also, she was great at going through multiple solutions evaluating pros and cos of each one of them in order to make my choice easier. In addition, the communication was clear and fast so I am 100% satisfied. Luca

Carla has been a very valuable agent throughout the years. Carla helped us with the search of our house in Chicago many years ago and helped us again with the sale of this property. She has been very helpful with the negotiation and with educating us about value and opportunity. She was incredible at  providing all the infos and connections to smoothly go through this process. She had a great crew of people she was able to recommend, from attorney to lender, cleaning lady to contractor. Ultimately I would recommend Carla to anyone who is looking for a realtor that is capable of combining humanity  with a deep understanding of opportunity and real estate value. In this ruthless business Carla is a pleasure to deal with. She will always be honest and speak the truth even if it is not what you want to hear. She always had our  best interest in mind and for this I cannot thank her enough.

We asked Carla to help us find our first home and because she has a lot of experience, she knew many details about every building we were considering and she was able to guide us through the whole process, from the inspection (she even attended the inspection for us because we were working) all the way to the closing. She followed us step by step, explaining everything in details, personally communicating with the seller realtor, the lawyer and the leasing company. She went above and beyond to make sure that the process was smooth and less stressful as possible. During the final walk through of the apartment, she checked every single detail..the appliances, the sinks, the lights, even the door handles...she personally asked the sellers’ realtor to have those things fixed before the closing. I couldn’t recommend Carla more.

Carla has helped me to buy and to sell property over the course of several years. Her knowledge of the market is impressive, she is very professional and tenacious with a smile. Carla worked tiressly to help me find what I was looking for, and she also offered candid and honest advice to help me make the best decision. She is always available. I could count on Carla any time of the day (don't call her at night please!!) for every question or concern.

Janice and I want to thank you for making the move to our new apartment a very positive experience. Your knowledge and negotiating skills resulted in a fast and problem free lease signing. You exceeded our expectations in every way. Baird and Warner should be very proud to have you as a member of their team.

I really enjoyed having Carla as my realtor! She is very aggressive and leaves no stone unturned! Carla is very good with making sure every detail is taken care of!
