I can't say enough about the knowledge and FLEXIBILITY of Butch. He's funny, kind, and has the patience of a saint. Upon moving back to Atlanta after three and a half years overseas, we were convinced we needed a condo. After 10 showings and countless emails, it became clear, what we really wanted was house. (We were living with my parents so, as you might imagine, time was of the ESSENCE). After striking out with what was available on the market, we decided to rent a home. Undeterred, Butch helped is sort out the rental contract. As our lease was nearing its end, Butch was ready with neighborhood comps, market data and everything my super logical husband needed to make our next move. Even though some friends saw a house come on the market in their neighborhood, I would not have, for a single moment, consider making ANY deal without Butch's expertise. Even though my husband and I are both from Atlanta, three years abroad changes you. Even though we were culture-shocked, ignorant of the current Atlanta market and oh-so-slow to make up our minds, Butch never faltered, never gave up and kept looking for the right solution for us.
