Bryan was very reliable in returning calls, emails and texts. He acted quickly and sold the unit right away and closed the sale on the exact date he told us he would. It was a breeze, no issues he couldn't handle in fact he handled the issues stress free! This is the second property he sold working with my friends (the sellers) and I. I will definately recommend Bryan!
