Brooks helped us launch a remodel project before putting our Bellevue home on the market. Every step of the way, he had good ideas and knew of skilled experts to help with each part of the project. Brooks has great people skills and he is well-organized. When I look through real estate listings, I've noticed that agents often post photos out of sequence, making it difficult to identify rooms or understand the flow of a house. Brooks worked with a skilled photographer and got excellent photos, then posted them in a logical sequence, creating a nice online introduction to our property. 

Brooks is always great to work with. When My spouse and I needed feedback prior to our home selling process, Brooks was always available to assist and provided the needed feedback to guide us along the way and setting up various items we needed to accomplish, but did not always know what we needed to have already set up or work on through this process. No lack of knowledge for the home purchase process also, very knowledgeable. I would always recommend Brooks to someone who needed assistance in their home selling/buying journey.
