Brianna was a Godsend to us. We were in another state and relocating to WA. Brianna helped us with everything. She did video tours and walk-throughs with us on the phone. She handled everything and even showed up for the inspection since we couldn’t be here. Closing was simple and all via email. When we arrived to our new home, at about 1AM after driving all day, we found a welcome mat on our front porch and a basket of thoughtfully chosen goodies on our kitchen counter.
