Brian is knowledgeable and easy to work with. He will do what needs to be done to get the job done! He was willing to get us into the house multiple times so we could set up things for after closing (it was unoccupied), helped us move some of our items, and clean up the house we were selling for photos (which came out amazing)! Brian is friendly and knows not to sweat the small stuff while looking at the bigger picture. We tend to get wrapped up in some things that don't really matter and he was able to redirect us on the right path, which ended up getting us better repairs on the house we bought than we could have imagined! Highly recommend Brian Wilson. :)
