It was never a struggle to get him to return phone calls or be there when he said he would, he always made us feel like a priority. My husband and I both have very busy schedules and during the selling process were living in two different cities. Brian always found a way to work around our schedules and make things easy for us. From start to finish he made sure there were no surprises. From day one he walked us through the whole process and everything we would have to do, he talked with us when adjustments needed to be made and always sent us regular updates about how everything was going. He made sure that everything was listed properly, he handled all of the appointments, and then followed up to ensure that our home was treated with respect. He would take the extra trip after showings to make sure that lights were turned off and doors were locked and everything was in its place. As a first time home seller I expected there to be so much more stress involved, but Brian really took care of everything down to the smallest detail and we ended up selling for a great price. He truly went above and beyond and there is no one else I would rather work with to find or sell my next home.
