Brian really went above and beyond for us! He jumped in and helped handle issues we needed fixed from our inspection, alleviating much of the stress that comes with selling a home and moving out of state. Brian was always willing to explain things to us and stayed in constant communication. He also got our home sold within a week! We can’t recommend or thank him enough!

Brian has been a pleasure to work with during the recent sale of our home. We actually met Brian in 2021 as a buyer and since then, he has been our agent for 3 separate homes. He is a true professional who knows the area very well, understood our needs and wants, and always went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Brian for anyone looking to move to Rehoboth and Lewes areas.

Brian Donahue is, by far, the BEST real estate agent in Delaware. He was our agent in all aspects of the buying process (we purchased a home in Lewes) and he never disappointed us. Brian went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. He answered our calls, emails, and text messages throughout the DAY and NIGHT. He is an EXPERT in the real estate industry, makes you feel very COMFORTABLE with the process (as we all know how stressful it can be), and really gets to KNOW his clients’ needs. Most importantly, my husband and I TRUST Brian 100% and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in/around the Lewes, Delaware area. 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brian Donahue provided exceptional service - from pricing to listing/marketing as well as negotiating the contract and closure of the sale. I had 100% confidence in my interactions with Brian. He went above and beyond to make my sales transaction happen! I've sold multiple properties over the past decade and Brian tops the charts for customer service, experience and local market knowledge. Hes personable, enthusiastic, and genuine - a rare gem in today's real estate world.

Brian Donahue was very professional and always available. He is not afraid to offer an opinion or give suggestions. He was professional all the way through. Great man to work with. Sold our house in one day

Brian: You pushed us, calmed us down, stayed in touch with us and left us alone in just the right ways. We feel blessed to have had your professional service.

Our agent was very dedicated to helping us find a home. He was always available and had ready answers to all our questions and concerns.

Brian Donahue was an excellent agent to work with. Very professional, always available throughout the entire home searching and buying process, and always stayed in constant communication every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for a better agent. Highly recommend for your home purchasing needs.
