It is the great pleasure of my wife and I to recommend Brendan Preston as a real estate agent for any individual or family seeking to purchase a home or sell their present one. We were fortunate to have Brendan as our agent in both situations, and the outcomes could not have been better or more satisfying.

At first, we sought Brendan to help us sell our starter home, an L-shaped ranch in which we had raised our kids to high school age. When my husband and I started the search for our first home, we realized very quickly that finding the right realtor wasn’t going to be easy. That is, until we met Brendan. From the very first phone call, we knew he was the exact person we needed to guide us through our real estate journey. Brendan is an incredibly dedicated, sharp, and personable realtor. He listened and asked us lots of questions so he could get a sense of what we wanted and what we were looking for. Honesty was his number one request and he was always generous with his time either via text, e-mail or when he showed us houses in person.
