Brenda was a good resource for getting the unit prepared for sale and listed, which resulted in closing for full asking price within about a week of listing.

Brenda provided 1st Class service throughout our entire time together, from our first meeting to the many property visits we undertook together, she was professional, knowledgeable, personable & determined. She took the time to get to know us, learn & understand our wants and needs & worked tirelessly until she found exactly what we were looking for! An incredible accomplishment given the current difficulties in the market & severe lack of inventory. Thank you Brenda for everything you have done for us, I am certain we are going to be very happy in our new home.

Working with our Chicago realtor, Brenda Maudlin, was an exceptional experience from start to finish—truly one of those rare, seamless partnerships that delivers beyond expectations. From our very first conversation, Brenda listened carefully and intuitively understood exactly what we were looking for: a vintage co-op or condo in the Gold Coast to serve as a second home. Every recommendation reflected that vision with precision and thoughtfulness. Despite our limited time in Chicago, Brenda maximized every moment with well-curated, in-person showings and continued the momentum afterward through FaceTime tours—ensuring we never missed an opportunity. Brenda’s communication was outstanding: frequent check-ins, proactive updates, and often giving us early access to listings that perfectly matched our criteria. What truly set Brenda apart was her ability to find us our dream property—bringing us in as the very first to view an exclusive private listing. From there, her skill as a negotiator was nothing short of remarkable, navigating complex scenarios with confidence and finesse to secure the best possible outcome. Beyond the transaction itself, Brenda provided invaluable referrals for every aspect of the process, including a fantastic real estate attorney, and representatives in our chosen property, making what could have been complicated feel effortless. And perhaps most importantly, Brenda brings a warmth and genuine enthusiasm that makes the entire experience enjoyable. She is a terrific communicator, deeply professional, and a pleasure to work with. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Brenda by our side and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a truly top-tier real estate experience in Chicago.

Great and friendly service!

I loved working with Brenda. She is terrific

We had an excellent experience working with Brenda. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, always successful when we had questions, and flexible and commenting our schedules, especially when it was the last minute. Her expertise in responsiveness made the entire process, smooth and stress-free. We truly felt supported every step of the way and would highly recommend a Brenda to anyone looking to buy or sell at home.

Brenda was great to deal with. She helped make the process as seamless as possible from beginning to end.

My husband and I are relocating to Chicago from the UK and did not know very much about Chicago at all. As well as listening to what we would like in a property Brenda also made us feel very welcome to the area and took the time to show us a lot of options and neighbourhoods so we felt we had seen a real view of the city. Brenda also arranged all of our visits and showings in a seamless way that made the whole experience amazing. We cannot recommend Brenda highly enough!
