Salem, and he ended up being my real estate agent. Since I lived out of town, he pre-visited homes for me, so I didn't need to waste my time making the drive to visit houses that weren't suitable. That process worked well. I ended up purchasing the first home we toured together as it ticked most of the boxes I was looking for.
Even after signing the contract to purchase, Brandon was there for me- connecting me with contractors and doing some handyman work on the house himself prior to closing for which I'm sincerely grateful. When my wife and I found our home in Winston Salem, Brandon dropped everything he was doing to come out and unlock the doors for us. I was worried about how the process was going to go since we live 2800 miles away, but Brando took care of everything. Organizing a contact for financing, setting up and meeting the inspector, the appraiser, negotiating repair concessions and even putting in a railing on the basement stairs so our deal didn't get stalled. Brandon in a no nonsense, straight up guy and now, although he's no longer my agent, he is my friend.
