Nathan is the best!! He educates you, walk you through the entire process. He was very supportive to me and my family. What an easy and wonderful experience. He makes referrals where needed. I highly recommend Nathan and thank him for everything.

Nate is the best agent I’ve worked with in my several moves in the military. He knows the area, helped me think through things I may not have considered and was detailed oriented. His scrutiny during the home-buying process made me feel comfortable in my purchase and saved me money when it was complete! Great experience

This has been our third experience with Nathan in buying or selling real estate in addition to assisting my daughter with her real estate needs. Nathan has always treated us with respect and understanding. He has a strong pulse on the real estate landscape in this area that allows him to provide expert advice on buying or selling property. He has a very easy going demeanor that makes it easy to work with him. Nathan always kept us up to date on our transactions and ensured all requirements were completed on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan to anyone needing assistance from a realtor.

Nathan Boyton is a top notch real estate agent-the best we have ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Nathan was very proactive and supportive. He had nothing but my best interest in mind.

Nathan is hands down the most knowledgeable, efficient and effective realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We’ve bought and sold several homes in the Charleston area with Nathan, and been thrilled with his help and guidance for each transaction. He has encyclopedic knowledge about the area, purchase/sale process and navigating contracts. Really- he’s very savvy about each step along the way. He will not steer you wrong! If you’re in need of an honest realtor who will work hard for you and with you- look no further. He’s the only realtor we recommend. Thank you Nate, for everything you’ve done for our family!

Nate is beyond amazing. This was my 2nd home purchased with Nate as my Realtor. He is kind, patient and goes above and beyond for his clients. He is honest and transparent. He will walk you through each step and answer any questions you have. Nate’s continued communication even after closing was simply amazing! Thank you Nate!!!

Working with Nate and Carolina One was a great decision! He arranged for a great photographer to really show our house in the best light. We had a contract on our house on day one and Nate was an expert at negotiating all the little things with the other side. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Selling a house is difficult enough, but Nate and Carolina One made the whole process better. 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Charleston.

Nate was fantastic to work with! We had some frustrating situations with our new build but he was always helpful and supportive. Not only was he professional every step of the way, he was also extremely personable which made the process a lot easier and we felt like we were in good hands. I definitely plan on working with Nate in the future!!

My home build experience was long but pleasant. Nathan Boynton made the process easy, and he was able to answer any questions I had along the way. Overall excellent experience!
