I was referred to Cynthia from her fellow agent. She immediately met with me, spent all day with me, and thoroughly got to know the type of home I was looking for. Also, she referred me to competent, easy to deal with lenders, and was always accessible and available via phone to answer questions. I saw the house I bought through a link she sent me. However, I was trying to push off seeing it for a few days. Cynthia suggested we need to see it right away because it would probably sell fast. She was right. She helped me make an offer quickly, and took extra steps to help sell the offer. She is a really generous person with her time, and helped me get into the home I wanted, and can afford. I have used Cynthia to sell a house in 2015 and to buy a house in 2016. I was very hesitant about the whole process and she held my hand through all of it . She was patient and helpful in all decision making - especially when it came to what upgrading to do to my house before selling it. I took her advice and was able to sell it quickly. She then was very patient with me as I looked at a ton of houses before my resent purchase. She gave me her honest opinions and never once seemed annoyed at how indecisive I was being. She Really listens to what you want. She Tries to eliminate much of the hassle. She has a Good eye for decorating . She Gives you pros and cons for everything. She has stable of professionals to help with inspections, loans, remodeling or just fixi g up the house. She is likeable too.
