Bonnie Agee was absolutely fantastic! After a seamless buying process in 2021 with Bonnie, we knew we had to use her again when we made the decision to sell our home. Bonnie listened to us, helped us prioritize our needs, and made sure to put us in the best position possible to sell our house quickly and for a great price. Her organization, efficiency, and dedication helped get our house under contract in less than a week! We will without a doubt go to Bonnie when we are ready to purchase our next home.

Bonnie Agee is hands down the best agent out there. She did extra work and digging to find a property that was just right for us. She knows how to find the right match for her clients even if it takes extra work. She has a good grasp of "what is to come" on the market which helps so much if you need to do a transaction in a quick/popular marketplace. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND! My dad bought land with plans to build. After we closed, she even gave my dad a list of builders she had called and had done research on for him. Bonnie's experience in transactions is invaluable. We could not be happier with the expertise that she shared with us during negotiations and understanding what comes next. We could not have done this purchase without her! We would not have even known this opportunity existed without Bonnie. We love Bonnie and recommend that EVERYONE use her as an agent.

Bonnie is very professional and her attention to detail is awesome. She is always available and very knowledgeable about real estate opportunities in the market area. Her persistence in getting a deal closed is what makes her excel in her field. She is always working on helping to get the sale completed timely. I look forward to working with her on additional sales in the future.

Bonnie Agee is the best real estate agent I’ve ever met or used! She consistently goes above and beyond to help guide me to a good decision and ensure the process is executed as smoothly as humanly possible. This is the 7th or 8th transaction I’ve had with her and I’m sure it won’t be my last. She loves what she does and treats every circumstance uniquely. Love her and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Very knowledgeable and personable. Very good at reading buyers and sales situation. Excellent marketing.

I'm not sure there could be a better real estate agent than Bonnie. Christina and I have worked with Bonnie on each of the houses we've bought and on the only one we've sold. Bonnie was hyper vigilant looking our for interests. She knew every step of the process and made it easy for us to follow. She explained everything perfectly and made sure that the both the sellers of our current home and the buyers of our old home abided by the contracts we signed. Having Bonnie was like having our mother look after us through the buy/sell process. She brought toys for our son and dinner after we had our second baby. She went far beyond any expectations one could have of a real estate agent. I want to list 10 more reasons why Christina and I love Bonnie and would recommend her to other clients, but for the sake of brevity, Long and Foster should give her any and every award possible. We feel like Bonnie is a member of our family and hope that others get to have the same experience with her that we did.

Bonnie is always available. She is very thorough.

Bonnie Agee was very good at staying in touch with me with updates as they occurred.

Bonnie did a terrific job with the sale. She made it easy for us to manage all aspects of sale in one place.
