Bobbi was OUTSTANDING!! I felt like from the very beginning she was working in our best interest and was extremely honest as we looked at many properties. Working with Bobby was a great experience from start to finish. She kept me informed every step of the way, always providing timely updates and making sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. My closing was delayed because I was purchasing a home in Pennsylvania using a New York-based lender, and the legal requirements between the two states are quite different. This created some unexpected challenges, with the lender’s attorney requesting documents that aren’t typically required in Pennsylvania. It caused some confusion and delays, but Bobby handled it all with professionalism and persistence. She was able to navigate the gap between the two systems, communicate effectively with all parties, and ultimately get everyone on the same page. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to move forward and close successfully. I truly appreciate her knowledge, patience, and commitment to getting the job done.
