Bob did a great job helping us buy our new condo and sell our prior condo.

Bob was fantastic the entire process! From initial contact through closing Bob was there for us whenever we had questions that needed to be answered.

Vary professional and fast working

Bob has represented me in many real estate transactions over the years. I feel he is one of the best in the business. He's very knowledgeable professional and full of integrity. I trust him a 100%. I plan on doing many more real estate deals with Bob in the future. Keep up the great work Bob I just want you to know I greatly appreciate it. There's no one that works harder than this real estate professional. He is also a great communicator and a very personable putting the client at ease and explaining all the options that are available. I couldn't be more satisfied. I work with many agents over the years but Bob is Head and shoulders above any of them. Thank you for the great work Bob my family and I appreciate all your efforts

Did a great job for us!

This is the second property Bob has sold for me within the last couple of months. Same excellent service same great communication same extreme attention to detail. I don't worry when he's on the job he represents his clients extremely well and again took excellent care of me and followed up on all the details not just on our side but made sure the buyer was on track as well with the buyer broker. I always highly recommend Bob to any of my associates and Friends to sell any of their properties. He is to be commended and really goes beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that the deals go to closing. Never met any professional broker like this. He truly goes beyond the Call of Duty and spends extra time dealing with inspectors appraisers Etc making sure all the details are there for these people and smoothing out the rough road in a very professional patient and calm manner. I don't know how he does it to be honest he's just a great human being and a wonderful professional. Shorewest company is lucky to have him and very blessed to have him.

I have been buying and selling real estate for 35 years. I find Bob to be one of the most honest and professional broker that I've ever dealt with. He goes the extra length to make sure I understand everything and communicates well with the buyers broker and smooth the path to a speedy and efficient closing. I can't say enough good things about him. I feel confident and a lot less worries on my shoulders when he represents me getting paperwork done timely full of integrity and knows the business very thoroughly. I highly recommend him to all of my associates. Honesty and hard-working people like this don't come around very often and I speak the truth. Bob's truly should be commended by management . Thank you again Bob for all your integrity and hard work and I know we will continue to do more business in the future as a matter of fact we have another closing coming up in about a week or so on another flip property you are my man.

Bob has been nothing but AMAZING! We worked with him from beginning to finish! He found the home he knew was going to be perfect for our family. Bob paid close attention to details and continued to show us homes until we found what we needed. Continued communication with Bob even throughout the years just truly showed us what an outstanding person he is. Now to the finish we reached out to Bob as we knew there was no one else we would rather work with with selling our home. Again nothing but AMAZING! He guided every step of the way and was always there. We cannot thank him enough for all the ups and downs and sideway turns we took. If we continue to live in the state we will definitely work with Bob again in search of our forever home!

Bob was amazing. He spent lots of time explaining everything and sold our house very fast. We would recommend Bob to anyone selling or buying a home.

We've worked with Bob several times now....for a reason. Bob brings his vast real estate experience to every purchase/sale. His attention to detail and meticulous nature have been critical to ensuring that Offers have no gaps or vagaries that could put a smooth closure at risk. Our most recent sale hit a multitude of challenges and delays from the other party; but it was through Bob's perseverence that we finally closed. Outstanding customer service!
