Bob was the perfect amount of patient and responsive in our quest to find a home. We were also pleased to see that Bob’s knowledge of the market was accurate. At one point, he guessed that a new home we toured was listed high (even in a seller’s market), and sure enough, the house sold for almost exactly Bob’s valuation. Once we were ready to make an offer on a home, Bob took care of all the details and helped us with various inspections, even finding some legal advice for changes after the contract was finalized when the sellers requested an unusual rent-back extension. In short, working with Bob was a pleasure from start to finish and we would highly recommend.
