Bob Pescatore provided the utmost in service as our agent and quickly earned our trust as our buyer's agent in 2006. When it was time to sell, there was never a question that he would represent us as our agent. He's very knowledgeable of the local market and is familiar with local regulations and processes. He was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations along the way.
He would be my first choice if I were to ever purchase in Delaware County again.
