When things got tricky Bob was thereI had a slight issue with financing on my side 4 days before closing that cause us to have to push closing back almost 4 weeks. Bob is the best! He both sold us our home which we loved, and sold it for us a few years later. We had an over asking offer in under 36 hours! He worked with the other agents in both transactions in magnificent ways. He really understands the local market and gets the work done. Very responsive (even if he's on vacation) and makes the selling/buying process so easy. I would definitely work with Bob again.
