We had the objective of moving from MA to PA, with no firm schedule, which probably made us difficult clients. We worked with Bob for over 6 months, looking at properties all over southeastern PA when we could be in the area. We often had to negotiate over the phone while we were on the road. Bob and his team at Fox Roach were able to coordinate a same-day purchase in PA after our closing in MA (including some last-minute repairs in our new place). The whole process went smoothly even though we were unfamiliar with PA real estate procedures. A move like this was challenging for us, but Bob made it so much easier!
