Bob was friendly and on time every time even after a hurricane. He showed us an array of homes covering the Brunswick coast. We found what we were looking for and Bob handled the closing details very professionally. Bob made buying this home an easy process. I would definitely recommend Bob to other buyers.

We worked with Bob finding the house that we eventually sold a few years later. He was straight forward and honest with his opinion. Always seemed like we were on the same page. Highly recommend him in your future home adventures

6 stars****** Bob far exceeded our expectations as a realtor. His performance - EXEMPLARY.. Always the first to arrive at an appointment. Pays close attention to details (takes notes). Communicates with all parties effectively. Strong negotiator. Trustworthy. Informative. Our house was on the market 2 days. Thanks to Bob Fannon

I was randomly paired with Bob 6 years ago when I decided to move to Wilmington. When I decided to sell that house this year, there was no question that I would work with Bob again. He is absolutely on top of everything and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. I highly recommend him as a man of integrity and astute understanding of the market.

07/12/2018 - skveton Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Wilmington, NC. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Trustworthy, friendly, professional. Followed up quickly while I was out of the area and found a property that met my housing and environment requirements. After negotiations to buy he stayed on top of the builder to meet all of the agreements and adjustments required after the house inspector's report.

I have personally known Bob and his family since 2005 and they are great people. I started using Bob as my realtor in the Fall of 2013 to help me find investment properties. Since then Bob has done an outstanding job in all aspects; deals that have fell through due to negative inspections, to fighting it out with the banks on short sales. He will go above and beyond to make sure he exceeds your expectations. Whether you are a first time home buyer or an investor I know that he would be able to help you accomplish your dream. I have purchased a few properties since our search began and could not be happier. Regards, John
