Bob as a broker has been the best experience I've ever had with a Realtor agent. He is professional, personable, and went above and beyond I think of what his duty as an agent should be. His integrity and professionalism are top shelf. We will be sad that on our next house purchase will be out of state and we won't be able to have Bob as our Realtor agent! We hope we will find a good agent. When it's time to purchase another home. But, sadly it won't be Bob. John L Scott has a great agent to represent their company! Thanks again Bob for all that you have done with our family on this stressful time. Always appreciative Mike and Lori Zimmerman!

Bob found the perfect buyers for our home. He walked us through the selling process every step of the way. I loved that he took the time to connect with us once each week just to make sure we were all on the same page. It’s obvious that Bob loves his job and is such a people person. I just love him!

Bob was great! He kept in regular contact with us. He was fun and friendly and honest. He is clearly a man of integrity and we trusted him every step of the process. He is very responsive to calls and emails and always helpful! He found us the perfect place for our family! I highly recommend Bob!

I am extremely satisfied with the real estate sale experience that agent Bob Failing provided.

If you’re looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond—Bob is the one. From day one, he kept us focused and grounded in what can easily become an overwhelming process. His knowledge of the local market and the area was truly impressive, and he made sure we were always making informed decisions. But what really set Bob apart was his genuine care for our family. He used his network to help us find both day care and temporary housing while we searched for our new home. That level of support made all the difference. Bob was always in constant communication—not just with updates on listings or offers, but checking in to see how we were holding up as a family. That kind of personal attention is rare, and we’re incredibly grateful for it. Thanks to Bob, we not only found the perfect home, but we felt supported and cared for every step of the way. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Very professional agent. Both Sarah & Bob were much appreciated!

We didn't sell, but we bought through Bob Failing! Bob is an amazing Realtor who listened well to our needs and wants and delivered with results. The whole shopping and closing process was seamless and easy. It wouldn't have been that way if it wasn't for Bob!

Bob has been a godsend in helping me sell our house. My husband was unable to help in completing tasks that had to be done. Bob helped get contractors to come quickly. We had many hurdles and he was there every step of the way with advice. Thank you so much! I feel I have a new friend in Bob. He's a great Realtor!!

Bob Failing is a great agent who helped my wife and I buy our first home. As first time home owners we had a lot of questions. Bob always listened to us and answered our questions with patience and accurate information. He made the home buying process easy for my wife and I.
