Blaine Fobes was absolutely wonderful and helped my fiancé and I immensely during our search for a new home. Blaine was always willing to show us homes, was always enthusiastic about helping us and offering guidance (without being pushy), and was extremely ethical. Our search took about a year before we found the right home and got the right deal and I worked with Blaine for approximately 8 months of that time (from the time we began looking at houses in PA, instead of just OH). I expected someone to get tired of dealing with my fiancé and I looking at homes over that long of a time period and not purchasing, but Blaine continued to help us until we found the right one and helped us get the right deal. Blaine was also very knowledgeable and helped point out things that I may not have caught otherwise on certain homes. Compared to our OH realtor, Blaine’s commitment and service felt much more personal. I would recommend Blaine to anyone, regardless of what agency he works for, and Berkshire Hathaway is extremely lucky to have him.
Blaine is a great agent and went above and beyond to make things happen. He was patient with my schedule and my repeated questions and promptly dealt with anything I needed. He's an asset to the company and I would gladly deal with him again.
