He is the best. He and Amber worked tirelessly to sell our home. Several bumps in the road but Bill never let that stop our progress. Would use him again and we will call on him again and recommend him to others!
A great real estate agent - experienced and true professional gentleman. He walked us thru the process initially and kept us informed every step of the way. No two real estate transactions are ever the same - Bill explained what to expect and best next steps. Highly recommended!!
Bill gets 5 stars. He provided professional service and advice. He was able to get great cooperation from the tenants in showing the units. The whole process and transaction went as smoothly and worry free as possible.
There are not enough words to tell you how much we love Bill Andriot. He worked tirelessly and oh so professionally on our property to work this deal. He sold our rental property today and soon we will let him list our primary residence. Wow is Semonin lucky to have him on their team. Thanks for the opportunity to give a shout out. Ron and Jen Hall
Bill did a fantastic job helping hunt for my first home. Breaking down the areas we were looking for and our price range was critical. I would recommend bill to anyone, he made the process simple and ultimately landed the perfect house.
Bill was really on it from beginning to end. I always knew what was going on. He was great at helping me get everything that I needed together. He went above and beyond at sharing information about my property, comps, showing results.
