Despite having to go through five offers AND dealing with negotiating the final offer while I was traveling for work in London, I never felt like things were out of hand or that I didn't understand what was going on.Five-stars.

Bill helped me get my first apartment in Oakland. He's excellent! He's very different from other real estate agents, he treated me as a person and not just a customer, always ready to give me extremely good advice.
