Bill sold our El Cerrito triplex in October 2017. To begin the project, Bill provided a detailed schedule of events in accordance with our desired timeline. This helped us understand the steps and sequence of events as well as time expectations. Bill and Eli met every single timeline which included recommended home improvements, inspections, staging, photography and marketing. Bill has the necessary list of contacts which made it possible to accomplish what needed to be done in the 3 weeks to prep the property. He lined up the work, coordinated everything, and was there to ensure the work was done. This enabled us to continue working our day jobs without needing to take off even 1 day. He even coordinated everything with the current renters. Once the property was beautifully prepped, Bill put it on the market. He transformed our property from a fixer-upper to a gorgeous, desirable home. The photography and marketing materials were incredible. To our surprise, it was sold in 1 week at a price that far exceeded our expectations. Due to Bill's knowledge of the local area, and his real estate expertise, our real estate sale was incredibly successful.
