Hi this is Bev, thank you for visiting. I have been very fortunate to live all my years in the Shuswap. My parents owned a few local businesses over the years, the main one established in 1975 is still going strong... some people refuse to retire ;-) . Growing up not only did my family have labour intensive businesses but also a hobby farm so what other people would call hard work and long hours, for us, was just a normal day. My take away from being raised by successful community minded parents is that good news travels fast and bad news travels even faster. Good service is the key to happy clients and service is not just a word it is an action. I truly believe the old cliche " treat others as you would like to be treated" and I try to implement that belief into every one of my client interactions.
