If I could give Betty a million stars, I would. As a first-time home buyer, I was completely dependent upon Betty for everything. She walked me through the process with reassurance, confidence, and knowledge. I loved that I could depend on Betty to answer questions I didn't know to ask. I felt like she was helping me find the perfect home, for me. We had communicated for months before I was able to meet her, and in that time she paid close attention to my family's needs and wants, and was able to discern properties that would not suit us. While surveying prospective homes, she displayed real intuitiveness for my reactions to the homes, and easily steered me away from inappropriate houses, while letting me lead on the home I really fell in love with. Betty's dedication to me and my situation continued until the very end. Once the seller and I had agreed on a price, Betty was my advocate between the seller, the lawyers, and the lenders. She was included in all of the email correspondence and provided much-needed assistance throughout the process. This was emotionally supportive for me, as we are a military family living in Japan, and there seemed to be countless road blocks in my way. Betty lead the charge to push through the normal barriers, including the fact that my husband was unavailable due to his deployment to a coronavirus emergency. Betty stayed by my side.
