I recently had the pleasure of working with Betty Leung as my property listing agent, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment we began our collaboration, she demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to ensuring a smooth and successful selling process. I am very grateful for her outstanding efforts in every aspect of the transaction. One of the impressive qualities of Betty is her comprehensive approach to selling a property. She went above and beyond to help me prepare the house for sale, offering valuable insights and suggestions for upgrades that would enhance its appeal to potential buyers. She spent much time to look for items fitting in for the house, replacing fixtures necessary in the rooms, I recalled when she found a good fit item for the bathroom, she was so happy to tell me about it. She worked with her whole heart to upgrade the house. Betty and her contractor did the upgrades in a timely manner for listing it on the market. I was also impressed by Betty's clear and prompt communication throughout the process. She kept me informed at every stage, providing updates on everything. Her professionalism and responsiveness instilled a sense of confidence and trust, allowing me to feel at ease knowing that I was in capable hands. Coordinating the numerous aspects involved in selling a property can be overwhelming, but Betty expertly managed everything. From scheduling showings to liaising with potential buyers, she handled the logistics seamlessly, ensuring a smooth experience. One thing I would like to add is I was out of town during the whole selling process, so she took extra effort to coordinate with me and others. Ultimately, I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and results-driven property listing agent. I cannot speak highly enough of Betty’s exceptional services. Her assistance in preparing the house, marketing, effective communication, and remarkable coordination skills result in the successful sale of my property. If you are looking for a top-tier property listing agent who goes above and beyond for her clients, she is the one you need.

December 2020 This letter will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Betty Leung. She assisted my wife Irene and I with the purchase of our first home in Castro Valley in 2020. This was our first experience buying a home and we worked with many real estate agents on several real estate offers during the time we were looking for a home and can say with confidence that Betty is the best agent I have worked with. Betty has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. Possessing high integrity and being conscientious and tenacious, always keeping our best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Betty normally handles but she treated my wife and I with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no-nonsense style. As a first responder, I don’t have time to waste. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting our time. She did a great job of listening to our needs and did not waste time showing properties which do not meet our needs. She did research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing agent on our behalf. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails/texts. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly, and we closed as quickly as we could with the current COVID restrictions and delays, that were out of her control. She followed up many times with us until any concerns we had were resolved. As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. She is very smart, and transactions can sometime become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I would feel confident having Betty representing me. Respectfully, Alex Chan

As first-time buyers, we were lucky to have Betty help us go through the ups and downs. Finding a home in the very competitive Bay Area is not easy. We started at a very slow pace and Betty was very patient and we never felt under pressure to rush to get things done. We appreciate Betty's honest and professional advice on the 10+ properties we saw together. Luckily, we found the perfect home at last, and as Betty told us many times, the last one is indeed the best one!

We are so happy that Betty helped us in purchasing our first home in the very competitive real estate market of Silicon Valley. As first-time buyers we did not know what to expect or what the process would be in buying a home. Betty not only explained the process but the reasoning behind every action along the way. With every home we were interested in (and there were quite a few), Betty thoroughly researched the property and discussed the pros and cons. Betty is more than a realtor, she is a trusted advisor who genuinely cared about our best interests. Even when we thought we had found the home we wanted but had some reservations about it, Betty helped us through the decision and we ultimately moved on to find the PERFECT home for our growing family. I would highly recommend Betty to anyone who is not only looking for their perfect home, but also wants to make the right choice and a smart investment. You are in the best of hands with her and her immense knowledge of this highly sought-after area.

Betty is wonderful! She guided me through getting my dream first home with patience and kindness. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything from the state of the real estate market to negotiating with other parties to HOAs to property tax laws. Would trust any of my family and friends to work with Betty!

I met Betty in 2013 when I purchased my first property in the South Bay. She is extremely honest and dependable, not to mention her hard work & dedication. However it was the “above and beyond” that impressed me the most: enduring the best for her clients. I have no doubt she will always be my no.1 choice.

Betty made our home buying experience truly exceptional! As a first time home buyer in the States, we relied on her for every minute thing and she was such an amazing partner throughout the journey. We really felt that we were working as a team, towards a shared goal. She genuinely cared for what's best for us and guided us with all her experience, rigor, objectivity and patience. We really feel blessed to find such a wonderful professional and a caring friend in Betty! It goes without saying that we highly recommend her in helping you find your perfect home.

Betty is an agent who cares. She listens to your needs but doesn’t shy away from voicing important factors a buyer should consider. Betty is very thorough in going over details and disclosures. Our home-buying process was smooth and painless. My husband and I now have a home and a new dear friend.

As first-time home buyers, we had questions about the many factors that go into deciding to make an offer on a house. Betty’s patience, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and personal support, gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. Betty was very honest about the pros and cons of different houses, always keeping in mind what would be best for our unique situation. Not only do we have a wonderful new home, but a new friend.

Over past 6 years, we've worked with Betty to buy two houses, and sell one. Betty has been an outstanding realtor for us. When we were looking to buy a house, Betty would do a lot of research on our behalf to make sure that home we would put an offer on would be best for our family. Multiple times, she uncovered some non-obvious flaws, that made us grateful that we had passed on a home. Eventually, we found exactly the home that we wanted, and have been very happy with the process. While selling our home, Betty handled every aspect of the the remodeling that we did to prepare the house for sale (working with the contractor, picking out the materials that would yield a good sale). We were happy that the home was sold quickly after going on the market with a good price.
