This was just an unimproved lot that I purchased with Betty's help but she was extremely conscientious, attentive and detailed. She is a very good communicator. She treated me like this was a million dollar transaction! I will definitely recommend her to anyone needing a buyer's or sellers agent.
Betty was very good. We were not in town while our house was being sold, and needed our agent to be proactive in helping us address the small issues that inevitably arise during sales. She was always available, able to handle things whether bureaucratic or practical, and always with good cheer. Once she became our agent, we felt like she was committed to helping us sell our house. We had more frequent discussions about selling strategies; we had far more viewings, and within a short time we had a buyer. Betty worked hard for us, gave us great advice, and was a huge asset in this transaction. What a pro!
