“You have been a STAR performer for as long as I have known you. In the early days, you exceeded my expectations, and as time went on, you became the person who would establish the high expectations we had for others. You proved it could be done. You set the bar for outstanding performance among your peers in our Stores organization.”

Betsy is the most amazing, special person both personally and professionally.  She truly walks the talk and always puts her friends, peers and associates first. Her heart is the largest I have ever seen.

"Betsy is a force of nature...a juggernaut, a commanding presence that lights up gatherings of executives and associates alike.  She possesses an unbelievable ability to connect with and inspire others.  Betsy is a quintessential team leader.”
