As a former Executive VP and General Manager, I know the value of customer service. Betsy is a credit to your company and its fine standards. She is professional, diligent and personable. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their team. She went beyond any reasonable expectation and took a lot of personal effort. It is this dedication to her customers that puts her a notch above.
