Bethany Johnsen has spent the last 15 years perfecting her role within the real estate community. Having experience as both a Realtor and Mortgage Originator allows her to approach a real estate transaction differently than most agents. Her reputation for tenaciously protecting her clients' interests has followed her throughout her career. Her attention to detail, hands-on approach, direct no-nonsense attitude, and savvy negotiating skills make her a valuable asset when buying or selling real estate. Johnsen began her real estate career with Residential Properties in 2003. After spending some time working for the Carnegie Abbey Club and Newport Beach Club luxury developments in 2012, she joined Bank of America as a Loan Officer in 2013 and learned the mortgage business as a member of the Mortgage Network. Through this experience, she gained invaluable knowledge, but ultimately chose to follow her heart and return to her true passion as a Realtor® with Residential Properties Ltd. A life-long Rhode Island resident, Johnsen graduated from the Wheeler School and earned her BA in psychology from Rhode Island College. She currently lives in Edgewood with her daughter Ella and adopted dog Rocco. When she's not creating delicious recipes in her kitchen or trying out new restaurants, Johnsen enjoys spending time at Rhode Island's many beautiful beaches. Motto: TRUST - COMMITMENT - RESULTS

Bethany recently sold my condo so that I could downsize and move to a Senior Living facility. We have never seen a real estate person literally labor to help make a home more desirable and sales-worthy. Her counsel and decorating touches were right on track. Her photographer took excellent photos from many angles, including drone shots of the surrounding area, bay, bike path and play area. Her ability to describe made the property seem very inviting. I highly recommend Bethany Johnsen to anyone needing a person to represent them and their home.
She was amazing!
