We sold my mother's house from out of town, and every step of the way she was there; from checking on the house almost daily (she had a showing lined up, the air-con went on the fritz, she took the initiative and had a friend unclog a drain), to staging it herself, to spiffing up the landscaping, plus advising on and finding an ace remodeler. She went above and beyond in terms of service, communication, advice (all good), planning the quickie renovation, and seeing the sale thru to the very end.
