Beth Brogle is very knowledgeable and offered excellent advice. In my particular instance she was privy to the fact that the house had prior water damage and she recommended a mold test be done prior to purchase. This showed me she had my best interests in mind rather than her commission because excessive mold would have been a deal breaker. BH is lucky to have her.
