So happy to have had Jennifer Nevins on our side while battling for a home in this crazy housing market! I’m convinced we wouldn’t have found the success we did without her going to bat for us every step of the way. I was always under the impression realtors were like used car dealers—more concerned about commission than customers. But that was not the case at all with Jennifer. She consistently pointed out any potential issue with places we saw, asked tough questions during showings and encouraged us to go for places that were right for our financial situation, not whatever had the highest price tag. I’d also like to point out that there was a lot of competition for the place we ended up securing, and I don’t think we’d have gotten it without Jenn speeding up the application process and following up with the owner numerous times. That was the edge we needed, and it’s all thanks to her! If anyone I know ever needs a realtor, Jenn will be the one I recommend every time. We have her to thank for finding us a home, and couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to assist us with it all. Very impressed by Bernadette and her team. Helped me sell property in NJ while I resided out of NJ. Everything was taken care of by Bernadette. She helped with issues that I did not expect a realtor to help with such as hiring a plumber and a contractor to fix a leaky roof 2 days before showing home.
