OK so, where to start. Ben Weiland is amazing! My family and I are extremely impressed with his professionalism and availability. He took us to look at like, 15-17 (give or take?) House's! He was kind and patient and not pushy. We have 2 children ages 2 and 4 years old and they liked Ben too! My 4 year old calls Ben "our man" "momma are we meeting our man again?" My husband and I did not know Ben prior to this and actually had 2 other agents recommended from close friends all with reputable reputations. Ben was the person on call to show us the first home we looked at. Ben was humble and honest and didn't flatter us and was cut straight to the point and offered to hand us over to someone else at any given time if we felt he didn't stand up to his word which he did. He found us our home in a month. As first time homebuyers we were very impressed with Ben's ability to be personable and relatable. We told him what we wanted and did not want in a home. He was honest about things we would have overlooked in quite a few of the homes we liked. If it wasnt for that type of honesty we would not be the happy homeowners we are today.
