I recently worked with Greybeard Realty (Chip Craig) to sell a home in Black Mountain. I've used Chip more than once, and this recent experience was excellent. Chip and his staff are responsive, easy to reach, informative about the market, and they make the tedious contract documents easy to understand and work through. Chip was always available to work with other agents and answer their questions about the property. I know each house and timing of sell is different, but my property sold in 2 weeks! I could not have been more satisfied.
