We worked with Belinda who helped us find our perfect home for our family. We chose Belinda because 6.5 years ago when work brought me here we knew no one and Belinda went and did walk throughs of homes for us to rent without getting anything in return. I said that day that when we were ready to buy/build we would reach out to her. She stuck with us and followed up through the years, covid times, children changing schools. Belinda is an amazing human and we love to give each other a hard time about our college football teams!

I'm grateful for the outstanding service provided by Belinda from Lake Norman Realty. Our journey with Belinda began when she toured a rental property for us while we were still in California, preparing to relocate to North Carolina. From that initial interaction, Belinda helped make the transition smooth and worry-free, demonstrating her professionalism and dedication. Belinda's friendly demeanor and professional approach made working with her feel like working with a trusted friend. She demonstrated incredible patience as she guided us through the process of finding a home to purchase within our budget and close to one of our choice elementary schools. Her promptness and efficiency were truly impressive. She was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns, ensuring we were well-informed at every step. Belinda also played a crucial role in coordinating inspections and other logistics, which further ensured a stress-free purchasing process for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism and warm personality make her an exceptional real estate agent.

Tremendous customer service, and ease of transaction
