My husband and I were in a pickle. We had been renting for 9 yrs and discovered that our landlord wanted to sell the house. We needed to take our 6 kids and managerie of pets and move on. The timing was not ideal for us in many ways. We found a house on Zillow, an old church actually, that we thought we could buy for a steal and renovate. Becky responded promptly to our Zillow request. She met us at the building and spent ample time listening to our woes and our dreams. She was patient and kind to our little children who were a bit rambunctious at the time. Haha! She gave us honest, straightforward answers and helped us to make the best decision for us. We did not choose that property. She kept in touch with us as we worked tirelessly to get a pre-approval for a loan. She was full of wisdom and advice during this time. Finally we got the pre-approval and we began looking at homes. Becky was knowledgeable, patient, and totally available to help us. We were on a tight timeline. The loan process was such a rollercoaster and closing on the loan felt like it would NEVER happen. Our income and situation did not fit into the pretty box the lenders sometimes want. I cried so much and prayed so much more during these months, through it all, Becky was an anchor, an advocate, and voice of calming comfort. She knows what she is doing and she got us through it. By the time we closed on our home, Becky had gone from a complete stranger who responded to a Zillow request to a friend whose advice I take very seriously. I ran into Becky in the store recently and I was reminded just how much she invested in our family at a time we really needed it. I recommend her 100% and I WILL reach out to her again whenever I need her expertise. I don't often leave reviews, but I just couldn't pass up letting someone else know how much she helped us!
